Suggested Use:  

Tru™: Take one capsule in the morning and another in the afternoon, with meals. Can also be taken with the evening meal.

Vy™: Take one capsule the first day to determine tolerance. After the first day, increase to twice a day if desired. Take it before breakfast in the morning and again in the early afternoon. Do not take more than four capsules per day.

For Truvy Protein Shakes:
Drink as a start to your day, or anytime during the day!

• Drink before and after a workout
